Monty's Good Burger seeks professional and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food and providing Monty's experience. Come join the Monty's Good Burger Team to be a part of providing high-quality service, unmatched customer experience, and focused attentiveness during the summer season for festivals and special events.THIS IS A 90-DAY TEMPORARY POSITION TO START, WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION.MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE SPECIAL EVENTS.

Work is repetitive standing, stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, etc.

Regularly required to lift no more than 40 pounds unassisted

Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms.

Special events can be in outdoor environments that are loud, hot and within crowds of people, must be comfortable in this environment.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Acts with integrity and honesty that promote the culture, values, and policies of Monty's Good Burger.

Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the MGB team.

Communicates information to the manager so that the team can respond as necessary.

Provides high-quality service, products, and attentiveness to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.

Follows Monty's Good Burger all operational and safety policies and procedures.

Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that other team members can work efficiently.

Provides quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards.

Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Is comfortable working in kitchen environments, with equipment like grills, fryers, toasters, and other kitchen tools

Maintains punctual attendance to scheduled shifts and can be trusted to show up for their shifts.

Rules

Proper credentials and entries to events will be given upon arrival at the event site but can and will be deactivated if necessary.
