Team Member Job Description

Monty's Good Burger seeks professional & enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food & human interaction. Come join the Monty's Good Burger Team to be a part of providing high-quality service, unmatched customer experience, & focused attentiveness at Coachella & Stagecoach. THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE FESTIVALS IT ENDS ON MAY 1ST, 2023. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE FESTIVAL SITE. HOUSING IS NOT PROVIDED.

Physical Demands

Work is repetitive standing, stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, etc.

Regularly required to lift no more than 40 pounds unassisted

Frequently required to use hand-to-finger motions, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands & arms.

Festival environments are loud, hot and within crowds of thousands of people, one must be comfortable in this environment.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities & essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Acts with integrity & honesty that promote the culture, values & policies of Monty's Good Burger.

Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard & to set a positive example for the MGB team.

Communicates information to the manager so that the team can respond as necessary.

Provides high-quality service, products & attentiveness to all customers by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude & connecting with the customer.

Follows Monty's Good Burger all operational and safety policies and procedures.

Maintains a clean & organized workspace so that other team members can work efficiently.

Provides quality food & beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipes & presentation standards.

Follows health, safety & sanitation guidelines for all products.

Is comfortable working in kitchen environments, with equipment like grills, fryers, toasters, and other kitchen tools

Maintains punctual attendance to scheduled shifts and can be trusted to show up for their shifts.
