Responsibilities: • Complete x-rays of the patients’ teeth so the dentist can quickly identify any tooth decay or other oral health issues • Conduct initial screenings for patients to understand their oral health history • Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified • Advise patients on how to properly care for their teeth after a procedure or operation • Aid dentists by deliberating the best way to treat a variety of dental disease Qualifications: • 2+ years of Hygiene experience • Proficient in EagleSoft and digital X-rays, a plus • Anesthesia and CPR Certified • Laser Certified (preferred) - Or will certify • Graduate from an accredited Hygiene Program and Colorado State Board-Certified • Superb customer service and communication skills • Understands HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines • Must have at least an associate’s degree in dental hygiene; bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $93,600 - $97,344 yearly
