My client, a Boston based biotech company, is seeking an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, confident, detail-oriented administrative professional.
This role is onsite in Boston, free parking and T accessible!
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior staff
- Schedule appointments and maintain business calendar
- Serve as liaison to the staff and outside clients
- Coordinate business meetings, conferences and domestic/international travel arrangements
- Create meeting agendas and detailed travel itineraries
- Manage special projects, like office renovations, etc.
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports, contracts and documents
- Research and analyze routine projects
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive matters
- Plan occasional company events
- Answer phones and direct calls accordingly
- Positively represent the executives and management in all internal and external communication
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years administrative support experience supporting multiple executives
- Professional written and verbal communication skills are required
- Ability to work independently and as an integral member of teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong customer service focus
