    YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY – ESTATE PLANNING LAW ATTORNEY

    The estate planning lawyer will be client-facing helping seniors with estate planning and elder law matters. Care and compassion for others are needed to be successful in this role, especially when helping the elderly with legal matters. The attorney will have the technology tools necessary to perform at a high level of satisfaction and support to service elder clients. The estate planning attorney will have legal assistants in the office as well as paralegal support. As an attorney in the Spokane law office, your role will be important to the overall success of the law firm while building your estate planning law practice.

    BACKGROUND PROFILE – ESTATE PLANNING LAW ATTORNEY

    • Washington State Bar license.
    • 4 or more years of attorney experience; with a minimum of 2 in estate planning law.
    • Law firm supervisory experience and the ability to lead a legal support team.
    • Care, compassion and empathy for helping others, especially the elderly with legal and estate matters.
    • Exemplary people skills and communication abilities to meet with law firm clients and craft estate planning strategies.
    • Elder Law Practice knowledge and familiarity a plus.
