We are seeking an accomplished litigation attorney with 8 or more years of experience in commercial litigation, with excellent research and writing abilities, and extensive experience arguing motions. Experience with construction defects is preferred. The successful candidate will have demonstrated business development experience, ability to manage files, supervise client contact and lead commercial cases; the ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness; exceptional attention to detail; and outstanding customer/client service skills. Experience with construction defects claims and litigation is a plus.
