WHO WE ARE
MOOD is an ambitious, mission-driven mental health startup that’s reinventing the mental health care experience to help people live their best lives. Our mission is to democratize mental health care by providing care for depression and anxiety that is effective, accessible, and affordable to all.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for an experienced therapist who will provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our members. We’re looking for licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC) who can work 10+ hours per week and are comfortable providing care via telemedicine. This is an incredibly flexible job - you decide your hours and shift times.
As a therapist at MOOD, you would be one of the founding members of the therapy team that will eventually scale nationally. Your primary responsibility will be conducting counseling therapy sessions via telehealth. Still, as this is a new role within MOOD, the ideal candidate is adaptive to change and proactive in providing feedback to the management team on areas for improvement. Our therapists would be focusing on a highly functioning population treating only anxiety and depression. We are looking for people excited to grow with us!
