    Location: San Antonio, TX

    Our client relationships are our top priority. We're currently working with a new client in the San Antonio region who are looking for dedicated and personable Customer Service Associates to maintain their clients' accounts and serve as our main point of contact.

    The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working in a customer-facing role, a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service at private site events.

    Objectives of the Customer Service Associate Role

    • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
    • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
    • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
    • Develop a thorough understanding of our client's products and services to be able to match customers to the right products and services as well as upsell

    Customer Service Associate - Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

    • Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs, our campaigns are designed to meet our client's customers in places where they live, work or shop.
    • Increase brand exposure
    • Process point-of-sale transactions
    • Promote clients' products and services to customers
    • Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
    • Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organisation
    • Identify and carry out upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

    Customer Service Associate Requirements

    • Some experience in a customer facing role preferred
    • Our client requires candidates to be over the age of 18 due to dealing with sensitive customer information
    • The ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Solution-orientated with the ability to solve problems
