Summer Customer Service Representative

Location: Tampa, FL
Weekly Pay: $700 - $900
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by having in-depth knowledge of all products offered and collaborating with colleagues to provide excellent sales service.
- Deliver sales results, exceed customer expectations, and meet operational goals.
- Maintain personal and productivity targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
- Adapt and share expertise on products and trends to meet each customer's unique requirements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
