Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for valued customers, providing excellent service and support. We prioritize individuals with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences. While previous customer service experience is preferred, we welcome candidates who possess the right attitude, personality, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Provide product information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Empathy and patience to understand and address customer needs
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
