MOON FINANCE COORDINATOR

WHO YOU ARE?
A skilled professional with a background in banking, finance, or sales. You are a natural problem solver and take great joy in making a customer’s dream purchase become a reality. You are detailed oriented and enjoy using your expertise as a mechanism for elevating a purchasing experience. You are a sales professional who can easily explain diverse products to any customer. You have a high interest in Powersports or an enthusiasm for learning cool new things.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
- Coordinate Lending Process for Motorcycle, ATV, or Side-By-Side purchases
- General guest interaction in person, by phone, and email
- Guest presentation of various Finance and Insurance Products and Programs
- Guide guests through the finance process and deal paperwork signing and completion
- Manage and follow up with customer finance application submissions
- Form positive working relationships with dealership partner lenders
- Execute and complete Customer Deals utilizing attention to detail
- Credit pulling of finance applicants
- Customer Data Entry
- Keep up to date on F&I product knowledge and promotions
- Keep up to date on all available lending options
- General initiation and execution of all relevant deal unit licensing and titling
- Verification of all customer documentation to assure proper deal funding
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Must Haves):
- 2-Year Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- Guest Service and or Sales experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Stronger consideration is made for candidates with these experiences and abilities, but we will train the right person in these areas):
- Familiarity with major Powersports lines and models
- Familiarity with Federal, State, and Municipal Regulations that affect Finance and Insurance Operations
- Finance & Lending experience
- CRM experience
- Past Automotive or Powersports Dealership Experience
COMPENSATION:
Base Pay + Commission = $60,000-$120,000 (Advertised pay is based on current and historical department employee average earnings from a combination of base pay and performance-based commission)
