Job Description
This candidate wil be our representative to guests throughout all stages of the guest’s stay by working with all personnel to ensure every guest experiences superior customer care.
Job Duties: Registering guests and assigning rooms. Accommodating special requests. Answering telephones and exceeding guest expectations. Uses persuasive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments. Knows daily activities and meetings taking place in the facility. Possesses a working knowledge of the reservations department. Manages and resolves all guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Complete daily check list. Coordinates guest room maintenance work with the engineering and maintenance division. Maintains customers’ privacy. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: You must be dependable, reliable, and trustworthy. You must be friendly and professional at all times. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. High school diploma or equivalent. Skilled in the use of front office equipment. You must be detail-oriented in processing and recording information, ensuring data integrity. Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette.
