    Job Description

    We are looking for a media planner to join our business to assist with some rapid growth clients. The ideal candidate would have a good understanding of all digital video advertising formats and strategies. The right candidate will be comfortable interacting with clients about media strategy during sales meeting.

    You will be working with some of the biggest brands in the Kids and Family space helping to support the commercial team selling digital advertising to major brands. You will be based in our Los Angeles office and work closely with the team in London.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Strategize, plan, execute and report on media plans on behalf of Moonbugs partner clients.

    • In coordination with sales team, create pre-sale media strategy and any media specific documents such as RFPs and strategy decks, and other related functions; assist in analysing proposals and partner negotiations.

    • Create pitch decks including detailed media concepts and strategies with supporting rationale.

    • Verify YouTube network inventory availability throughout the sales process.

    • Coordinate campaign launch needs including asset collection, Ad Ops requirements, and YouTube creator video and social requests.

    • Monitor campaign tracking and communicate campaign highlights.

    • Monitor campaign pacing in coordination with Ad operations to ensure full campaign delivery.

    • Analyse and deliver campaign reports summarizing performance

    • Proactively identify opportunities within your account set to provide suggestions that will increase customer satisfaction and revenue

    • Attend client meetings both in pitch and post campaign stage.

    • Up-selling to existing clients across a range of Moonbug advertising products.

    REQUIREMENTS

    ABOUT YOU

    • An effective time manager, comfortable working with multiple timelines and deliverables.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-function teams positively
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Comfortable working within large sets of data and numbers.
    • Results and solutions oriented; consistently motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
    • Self-starter, able to work both independently and in a team environment

    PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 3 years of media planning and/or relevant online advertising industry experience is desired.
    • Proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Ad Manager, YouTube CMS / Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau and Google Data Studio.
    • Experience in kids and family digital marketing a bonus.
    • Working knowledge of YouTube video advertising.
    • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
