Sales & Branded Partnerships Executive
Job Description
Were looking for an experienced Brand Partnerships executive to grow revenue through direct and indirect advertising and branded content sales across all Moonbug IP. As part of the Commercial Team, you will be responsible for identifying potential brand partners, generating new business and ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, making sure clients are delighted in their partnership with Moonbug.
You have experience delivering branded content campaigns for major consumer brands or agencies, preferably for digital platforms. You possess strong creative business acumen, exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to project manage and work effectively under deadlines and in complex environments. Experience working on digital brand campaigns is critical.
We are happy for the role to be based in New York, Chicago or Los Angeles but will work closely with the London-based Commercial Team.
REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in branded content or digital media sales
Strong client relationship skills
Extensive professional network among major consumer brands and agencies
Digitally savvy
Quick learner - good understanding of new digital products/technology
Strong quantitative and analytical ability
Sales and target driven
Experienced commercial acumen
Working knowledge of using YouTube analytics at the CMS level
YouTube certified in Audience Growth is a major plus
Ability to work within a diverse, cross-functional team to achieve a common goal, including stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Production, and Talent
Experience devising and executing promotional campaigns
Entrepreneurial - Self-driven, solution-oriented
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Good judgment and strong critical thinking skills
High level of organization, detail orientation and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Highly collaborative, resourceful, quick thinking, curious with great calm and a good sense of humor
