Moonrise is currently sourcing for outgoing and articulate Customer Service Associates. This opportunity is remote and will be completed from the comfort of your home! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years in a Customer Service role within retail, a call center, help desk, or another relevant field. Individuals MUST be able to start as early as the start of July. You will receive appropriate equipment to facilitate the troubleshooting, as well as the appropriate training to ensure you have the necessary tools to be successful!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform the initial level of problem determination and troubleshooting

• Be accountable for seeing assigned cases and tasks to completion by providing detailed documentation all details and troubleshooting steps taken for each support request to eliminate repetitive steps.

• Problem determination and research

• Walkthrough a viable solution with the customer

• Coordinate with various departments to escalate support requests in the event that a resolution cannot be found at the Customer Service Associate level

• Triage with upper level agents to determine appropriate case resolution measures and implement the best solution

• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when interacting via phone, email, and chat correspondences

• Adhere to the appropriate information security policies based on the sensitivity of company data and report any security related issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role

• Reliable internet connection

• Dedicated workspace that is quiet and void of distractions
