LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED MASSAGE THERAPIST OR ESTHETICIAN TO TAKE ON A LEADERSHIP ROLE AND JOIN OUR TEAM AT MOONSTONE MASSAGE THERAPY. 

SUMMARY: Seeking a candidate with industry experience who loves being in the treatment room but is also looking to grow professionally by aiding their team to be the best in the area. 

A typical week would consist of a mix of treating clients, coordinating staff training, and working directly with the front desk team to answer any questions clients may have about services. 

THIS CANDIDATE SHOULD ALWAYS BE LEADING BY EXAMPLE WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE, PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE, AND STRONG WORK ETHIC. 

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supports planning and coordination of staff training and development.

• Fosters collaborative relationships internally and externally.

• Keeps updated records and creates reports as assigned.

• Support growth and team development

• Helps to supervise and delegate responsibilities.

• Provides customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

• Helps to set and achieve sales goals with the team.

• Enforces safety, health, and security rules to be compliant with the massage and cosmetology boards. Ensures implementation of policies and practices.

• Confers with spa manager and owner to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed massage therapist or esthetician 

• In good standing with massage or cosmetology board 

• 3 + years of experience in a spa setting 

• Able to pass a background check

COMPENSATION

We offer guaranteed base wages, commissions, and bonuses. Pay is based on experience, with a proven track record of retention and client satisfaction. 

• Estimated compensation is based on a mix of administrative and service work for a total of 40 hours a week.
