    Immediate opening for a Family Law Client Relations Manager to join the team at Moore Family Law Group. The CAR Manager consults with and converts potential new clients (PNCs) and helps ensure the satisfaction and retention of existing clients. This role combines customer service and relationship management skills. What do we expect in return? • Genuine care for clients, showing them you care through the amazing work you do. • Good old-fashioned work ethic. • Excellence in attendance and reliability. • Giving 100% while at work. • A sense of humor (we are a busy office, not a stuffy office). • Personal accountability and responsibility. • Mind-numbing attention to detail. • A positive attitude. $62,400 annual plus commission & bonuses Responsibilities: • Providing exceptional customer service to potential new clients (PNCs), addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. • Managing client communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. • Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively. • Follow up with PNCs to verify they have been successfully engaged by the team handling their case. • Follow up with PNCs who did not hire the firm during their initial consultation. • Track and maintain metrics re: conversions of leads to PNC and PNC to clients, referral sources, and other key performance indicators. • Tracking and analyzing data related to client acquisition and retention to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: • Previous experience in client acquisition and retention, preferably in a legal or professional services setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, including Clio and Dropbox; ability to quickly learn applications. • Knowledge of family law and legal procedures (preferred but not required). Physical Requirements: • May have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Walking around the office, may stand for periods of time. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. • Business professional dress/attire. Compensation: $62,400 plus commission
