Key Responsibilities: * Supervise a team of non-attorney staff members, ensuring that they effectively carry out a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the law office. * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. * Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures to optimize productivity and organization. * Coordinate with attorneys and staff to prioritize tasks and ensure effective communication within the office. * Train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles. * Monitor and evaluate performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing necessary improvements. * Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. * Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and cohesive work environment. * Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the office's operational efficiency.
