    We are seeking an associate passionate about helping professionals protect their assets, children, and future in a divorce. We are not your typical small law firm. Our entrepreneurial law firm is poised for aggressive growth, and we’re looking for an attorney who can hit the ground running to give our clients outstanding representation. Ideal candidates have five or more years of experience as lawyers in family law and can demonstrate the ability to learn quickly. Our firm has created efficient processes to streamline workflow so case management is seamless between attorneys and the skilled paralegals who assist. We are looking for a team player to take ownership of a client’s case, including having direct contact with clients and opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and handling mediations, conferences, pretrial hearings, and trials. You need to have strong skills in the following areas: research, writing, courtroom presentation, and common technology. Skills and experience are appreciated and valued, and certainly considered, but your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also extremely important considerations. High-maintenance, humorless, self-entitled, or self-important individuals will not succeed in this position and need not apply. Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. If you came to work for Moore Family Law Group today your work environment would include three senior attorneys, five paralegals, a legal assistant, a Client Acquisition & Retention Manager responsible for doing all consultations with potential new clients, a Chief of Operations, and other support staff so you can focus on being an attorney. Responsibilities: • Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients • Divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases Qualifications: • Great negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations Compensation: $100,000 - $175,000
