We’re looking for a savvy, focused and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to join the Moore Water Treatment family! The ideal candidate is an energetic brand ambassador who has a passion for making valuable connections with potential clients in the neighborhoods we serve. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for introducing clients to our high-quality Water Treatment Solutions inevitably boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • You’ll successfully turn assigned leads (NO COLD CALLS) into loyal customers by appropriately assessing their water treatment needs, and providing a tailored solution.
    • Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations.
    • Provide potential clients an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
    • Continuously improve through feedback.
