We are currently seeking a Residential Restoration Estimator.

Responsibilities:-Using Xactimate software, prepare estimates for jobs by visiting damaged properties, meeting directly with property owners, property managers, insurance adjusters and others.-Communicate and complete paperwork for job with property owners and others.-Communicate with project managers regarding specifics of estimate.-Communicate with office staff to complete billing and collections.

Skill desired:-Experience in the insurance restoration industry.-General computer skills and experience with Xactimate estimating software.-Ability to assess damage in residential and commercial settings and to determine steps to restore it.-Knowledge of construction industry.
