Responsibilities: Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Converting leads in our database • Setting up appointments with leads that are generated from appointment setters • Implementing a follow up process to follow up with prospective clients Qualifications: Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Enthusiastic with excellent people skills You love scripts and use them to their maximum potential A pro on the phone with ability to make the sale Driven to succeed Currently licensed or have the ability to obtain a Real Estate License • High energy, self motivated • Real Estate License is not required but is preferred; we can help you get one Compensation: $40,000 - $120,000 commission based
