    Part Time We are seeking and talented highly motivated, self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through cold calling, content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts. Responsibilities: Support the company and agent tracking of incoming leads/prospects and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant Edit and optimize all marketing campaigns Develop new community events and all signage for the events Manage sales reports every week Event Planning/Coordination • Implement owners marketing strategy on developing relationships • Bridge the gap between customers and agents in each office location • Develop and cold call targeted lists Qualifications: Able to create innovative marketing concepts Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Develop new concepts based on input Polite and professional phone skills Degree in Marketing or related field preferred Proven track record of sales/marketing success Strong communications skills are a must Enjoys the challenges of new products, new environments and working with a new team Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 annually
