This position is fully remote/working from home. We are accepting candidates from anywhere in the USA.

SALARY: As a Therapeutic Coach Trainee, you will receive a salary of approximately $15 USD per hour during training, rising to approximately $65,000 USD salaried once passed training.

Training is expected to be up to 6 months.

We are looking for Trainee Therapeutic Coaches to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone completely new to the world of coaching and therapy to train and develop skills as a Rapid Transformational Coach. As an RTT Coach, you are helping others explore the gifts they are given, achieve their goals, and maximize the value of their life.

No prior therapy experience or training required; just excellent people skills and a desire to help!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Trainee Therapeutic Coach you will join our team entering our RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) & our new RTT, Rapid Transformational Coach training program, where you will be provided with an immense toolkit, allowing you to practice on an internal basis as a Rapid Transformational Therapist and Therapeutic Coach.

You will not be able to run your own business externally as an RTT Therapist or Coach.

REQUIREMENTS

• It is preferred that you are familiar with Marisa Peer/RTT, however not a certified therapist
• Must have a strong interest in coaching and therapy, and the desire to learn and grow
• You are professional and can demonstrate leadership qualities (including but not exclusive to leadership/management, teaching or training experiences)
• You're an excellent and confident communicator both spoken and written, including strong note-taking skills for case outcome reporting
• You have excellent listening skills and exhibit self-awareness of non-verbal cues.
• You must be resilient and emotionally intelligent
• You are engaging, observant, curious and open to learning new things
• You're able to give clear and direct instructions
• You are approachable, empathetic and personable, kind, and also able to build trust/rapport and connection with people.
