    Role & Responsibilities

    • Perform regular audits, including top-line in-platform metrics, as well as funnel metrics.
    • Analyse, diagnose and prescribe solutions for bottlenecks within the advertising funnel (from ad click to sale).
    • Have an excellent understanding of messaging and ad creation, designed to truly resonate with the audience, depending on their position within the funnel.
    • Present and be accountable for results at weekly meetings.
    • Be cognisant of brand guidelines, ASA guidelines and how to work with these in a fully compliant manner, whilst achieving top results for the company.
    • Be fully autonomous for your own creatives, requesting new ad copy and creatives from relevant departments; but also ensuring that your advertising strategies for your paid platforms integrate seamlessly with the overall universal advertising scope.
    • You will need to demonstrate your ability to generate leads at a massive scale, and hit lead cost targets. Meanwhile you will need to understand how leads mature into sales, and therefore need to be retargeted in the correct manner, so as to generate long-term sales.
    • Ensure proper data tracking by monitoring Google Analytics and resolving any setup gaps.
    • Be the custodian of KPIs like Online Sales Revenue, RoAS, Campaign Quality Scores etc.
    • Regularly identify and act on growth and optimisation opportunities in all campaigns.
    • Be comfortable with hands-on, in-house execution, without any agency dependence.
    • Follow a segmentation and localisation approach in all marketing activities.
    • Work as a part of the core Growth Team, reporting directly to the Growth Head
    • The candidate should be solution-oriented with the ability to think clearly, logically and even laterally, when presented with a problem. We need someone who can communicate freely and fluently and can work efficiently in an environment of remote team members.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 5+ years PPC Google Advertising experience
    • Frequently been responsible for 6-figure monthly ad budgets

    Desired Candidate Profile

    The ideal candidate is someone with 5+ years of experience, dealing with 6-figure monthly ad spends, in performance advertising. Preferably candidates will have vast experience in both the B2C and B2B eCommerce environments. 

    A background in the Coaching/Personal Development space would be most suitable for being able to manage this role.

    This is a complex role which requires the successful candidate to understand the symphony of top-line ad platform metrics and their impact on conversion rates down the funnel.

    Analytical skills are extremely important; Data analysis will be a daily part of your job and the ability to derive actionable insights from data will be required

    The right candidate will be able to analyse in-platform data, as well as funnel data, and be able to diagnose and isolate issues and bottlenecks. You will need to be solution oriented.

    We are looking for someone who can work independently with a result-focus and is not afraid to experiment within accountability.

    Technical skills related to the job are expected, which includes but is not limited to familiarity with advertising and analytics dashboards of Google, Facebook and others as well as the capability to conduct research, keyword analysis, audience segmentation etc.

    This is not merely a role where we require someone to set ads live - we require someone who truly understands the ecosystem of Google, meta data, advertising compliance as well as how to improve CRO.

    An understanding of Infusionsoft, whilst not required, would be beneficial.

    The successful candidate will also understand the intricacies of messaging and language in order to get our message to resonate most with the audience, depending on where they are in our funnel or sales process.

    You will need to prove experience of scaling ad campaigns, as well as your thought process behind how you identify campaigns are ripe for scaling.

    Excellent keyword research skills, as well as metadata knowledge, are key.

    Experience in use of all types of campaigns and bidding strategies will be required.
