MOREABLE IS LOOKING FOR A DATA ANALYST WHO SEEKS DIVERSITY IN ANALYTICS CHALLENGES AND IS EXCITED TO DIVE RIGHT INTO A GROWING ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPANY IN A ROLE THAT WILL BE A GAME-CHANGER. THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES AND TOOLS TO TRANSLATE A VARIETY OF RAW DATA INTO VALUABLE BUSINESS INSIGHTS. THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL BE ENERGIZED BY VARIOUS BUSINESS MODELS AND OUTPUTS AND CONFIDENT THEY CAN APPLY PAST EXPERIENCE TO ESTABLISH AND EVOLVE A HIGH-PERFORMING ANALYTICS DEPARTMENT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead data & analytics strategy across the business which involves reporting, vision, roadmap, and evolution to actionable insights
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a data-driven organization
Partner with Business Leaders, Senior Leadership and Executives to identify opportunities that help drive revenue and measure their success
Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources along with data definitions and the tools to get the desired data
Select, configure and implement analytics solutions and build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
Create dashboards (Google Analytics) for ongoing review by business teams and leaders
Extract key takeaways from dashboards and data analyses and then convey the findings to business stakeholders in a clear and concise way
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Management or equivalent experience; Masters is preferred not required
At least 3 years experience as an Analytics Manager
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
Experience with data visualization tools, like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Experience with Google Analytics and/or other web analytics platforms
