    Job Description

    We are looking for a Business Analyst to work with leadership to drive insights to improve business results and client experience. The Analyst will work closely and collaboratively with our Injury Operations team to understand and improve our case allocation among attorneys and offices. The goal is to ensure that all business operations are at peak performance to provide the best value and experience for our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and monitor case counts and for all personal injury attorneys in all locations.
    • Oversee and monitor the current pre-suit and litigation volume for all attorneys and their support staff.
    • Communicate with the Director of Case Operations and Managing Partners to ensure each attorney and office is equipped to provide the best client experience.
    • Forecast, monitor and oversee the balance of case loads of all attorneys and offices to ensure each client is getting the best and most efficient representation. This includes forecasting future needs of support staff and office space.
    • Work with the case assignment and compliance team to improve the allocation of cases and efficiency.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2+ years proven experience as business analyst or similar position
      • Experience with reporting, monitoring metrics and developing forecasts.
    • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with all levels of the organization to determine acceptable solutions.
    • Legal experience preferred but not required.
    • Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and working style self-starting, highly accountable, ability to anticipate problems and define and implement effective solutions.
    • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
    • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
    • An analytical mind with strong math skills
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Reliable and trustworthy
    • BSc/BA in business administration. logistics or relevant field;
