  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Own multiple product initiatives that directly impact the customers' experience. 
    • Obsess about our customer, their problems, and how we at Booster can help solve those problems. 
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business, and Operations to define and execute on projects. 
    • Manage product development cycle including strategic planning, launch and post launch optimization.
    • Collaborate with product leadership to define product vision and strategy.
    • Specify market requirements to define product roadmap and development.
    • Translate product strategy into product requirements and prototypes.
    • Partner with internal teams throughout the design and development process.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop product pricing, positioning and promotional plans, aligning with product strategy.
    • Develop and maintain product roadmap including priorities, timeline, budget and implementation process
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • College degree required.
    • 3-6 years of product management experience delivering successful customer facing products, ideally in B2B software services. 
    • 3-6 years of experience as a high-performing PM, ideally working with multiple user personas or with a consumer-facing product. You have shipped several innovative product features that have made an impact on the users and to the business.
    • Customer obsessed with bias for action to define and execute on a product roadmap that maximizes business value and customer impact. 
    • Lead distributed cross-functional groups to drive new products from start to finish. 
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interface well with technical, operations and business partners at all levels.
    • Demonstrated experience interfacing with customers and using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
