    Job Description

    On-Site Community Manager for a residential community. The Community Manager oversees all aspects of Daily operations, include handling resident concerns, communication with board of directors, acquiring bids for and managing community projects, and oversight of general maintenance, vendor scheduling and budget preparation.

    Qualifications

    Seeking an experienced property manager able to work in a dynamic and demanding environment. Applicants should have experience in residential or other areas of property management.

    Applicants should have:

    • 4+ years property management experience
    • Strong time management, organizational, and customer service skills
    • Experience developing and managing a budget
    • Understanding of financial planning
    • Knowledge of laws governing businesses and Homeowners in the State of Pennsylvania
    • CAM, PCAM, or other professional certification preferred

    Additional Information

    Full Time - Salaried - Evening and Weekend Meetings possible.
