How do I make an impact on my team? Welcome guests as they arrive for breakfast, preparing and serving beverages such as coffee drinks
Take orders from guests, input orders into Point-of-Sale system, and handle cash
Complete opening and closing duties, set up, stock, and maintain work areas to be clean, neat, and sanitized
Consider yourself a "people person", and enjoy meeting others
Understand how to create a great customer service experience
Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work
Are open to learning new things (especially the latest beverage recipe!)
Are comfortable with responsibilities
What Success Looks Likes
Four months of restaurant/server experience
Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
