Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to make our guests' dining experience memorable. As our breakfast attendant, you will set up the buffet daily, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, hot food, and bakery items are well-stocked throughout the breakfast hours and break down and clean the area after service is completed. Candidates should be enthusiastic about customer service. Experience working in the food service industry is a plus. Responsibilities: • Provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders, and serving food and drinks • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner • Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed • Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours • Assist the manager with food orders for the week, ensuring a proper inventory of food and supplies. • End of the breakfast, clean, sanitize, and restock, preparing for the next day's service. Qualifications: • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry Compensation: $16 hourly + Bonuses + Tips
