You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area, refilling coffee and beverages, and cleaning up used plates and utensils. Responsibilities: • Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently • Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment • Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner • Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours • Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed • Prepare and replenish breakfast items. • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout breakfast. • Keep the breakfast area clean, neat, and inviting. • Break down and clean up the breakfast area at the end of the shift. Qualifications: • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills • Food service industry experience is highly desired • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Must have transportation. • Must be able to lift 25lbs. Compensation: $13 - $14 hourly
