Join Our Team as a Weekend Breakfast Attendant! We are a busy, customer-focused hotel seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Weekend Breakfast Attendant. Responsibilities: • Set up the breakfast buffet daily, ensuring fruits, breads, cereals, and bakery items are fully stocked and presented attractively. • Break down the buffet after service and keep the dining area tidy and organized. • Refill coffee and beverages as needed and provide friendly service to guests. • Remove dirty dishes and utensils promptly to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. Requirements: • Must be able to work early mornings on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and some weekdays. • Shifts are from 5 AM to 1 PM. • Must be available to work on holidays. • Must be able to provide a food handler's permit (can be obtained after hiring). Qualifications: • Enthusiasm for customer service and a passion for making guests feel welcome. • Prior experience in food service is a plus but not required. • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. • Must be reliable and have strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Disinfect and clean service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment following health and safety procedures • Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage • Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary • Use appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware in an efficient manner throughout breakfast service • Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours Qualifications: • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry Compensation: $12 - $13 / hr
