Our caregivers receive access to Homewatch CareGivers University, an online training platform designed to give you the skills and confidence to meet each client’s unique needs.
As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide personalized care, daily support, and companionship while helping clients maintain comfort and independence in their own homes.
Job Description As part of our team, you will:
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility.
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
Build meaningful relationships and keep clients engaged in daily life.
Use our Care App to track schedules, tasks, and communicate with families and the office.
Observe and report changes in client condition to support their health and well-being.

Requirements
Verification of certifications (if applicable)
Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care or facility setting)
Must pass background checks, DMV check, TB test, and drug screening
Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow team procedures
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
