Do you have a calm presence, a kind heart, and experience supporting clients with behavioral hoarding? We’re looking for a patient, understanding caregiver who knows that progress happens at the client’s pace — one small win at a time.

This is a meaningful 1:1 caregiving role where trust, consistency, and compassion matter most.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your mornings will focus on supportive, judgment-free care:

Helping the client organize and declutter gently, at their comfort level

Providing emotional support and encouragement

Assisting with organization and maintaining a safe living space

Driving the client to appointments, grocery shopping, and outings

Assisting during shopping and errands

Offering companionship, conversation, and structure to the day

No rushing. No pressure. Just steady, supportive care

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

✔ Experienced with behavioral hoarding or similar behavioral health challenges ✔ Extremely patient, calm, and respectful ✔ Comfortable supporting routines and boundaries ✔ Organized, encouraging, and emotionally intelligent ✔ A strong communicator who builds trust

Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or Behavioral Health Aide is a plus!

Must-Haves

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license & auto insurance • Ability to pass background, driving record, and drug screen • Ability to follow all health & safety guidelines
