Morning Daycare Assistant (Part-Time) – ABA Experience a Plus

Location: Farmington, MI Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon Compensation: Based on experience

About the Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Daycare Assistant to support classroom routines during the busy morning hours. You’ll help children transition into their day, assist with structured activities, and provide caring support to ensure every child feels welcome and engaged.

What You’ll Do

Support children with daily activities and routines.

Assist with play-based learning and enrichment activities.

Provide extra support for children with ABA needs (preferred, not required).

Keep classrooms safe, clean, and organized.

Work closely with teachers and families to ensure a positive environment.

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).

ABA therapy experience preferred.

Previous childcare experience a plus.

Positive, dependable, and enthusiastic.
