    Job Description:

    As Morning Floater at Little Duckling Early Learning you will be vital in ensuring a welcoming and smooth beginning to each day. Your responsibilities will include greeting parents and children warmly, setting up classrooms providing an inviting tone, and providing ratio support in classrooms as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Warmly greet parents and children, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

    · Support classroom activities and transitions, ensuring safety and engagement.

    · Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards throughout the center.

    Qualifications:

    · High school diploma or GED is required. CDA or higher is preferred.

    · Previous experience in childcare center or similar setting is desirable.

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

    · Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail.

    · Must be 18 years of age.

    · Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

    Hours:

    Monday - Friday 4 hours per day between the hours of 6am - 1pm.

    Payscale: $12.50-$16.00 per hour based on education and experience

    Each center is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the center, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of each center. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the center location, and not to Grow Your Center Corporate.
