Morning Group Adult Fitness Coach (D1 Training South Forsyth)

High-energy Morning Coach (6:00/7:15/8:30am) — D1 Training South Forsyth seeks a results-driven group coach to lead adult classes, cue great form, and build community. CSCS/NASM preferred (not required). Free gym membership, CE opportunities, and room to grow.

Location: 2569 Peachtree Parkway, Cumming 30041 / South Forsyth, GA Schedule: Early mornings — 6:00am, 7:15am, 8:30am (Mon–Fri or a 2-3 day options, occasional Sat as needed) Employment: Part-time to start, with room to expand hours/roles

    About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy morning coach who can light up the room at 5:55am and deliver safe, effective, motivating group training for adults. If you love coaching movement, cueing clean form, and creating a “can’t-miss” class vibe, you’ll fit right in.

    About D1 Training

D1 is an athletic-based training facility for adults and youth athletes. Our promise is simple: “You pick the goal, we help you get there.” Coaches are the catalyst—bringing knowledge, energy, and accountability every session.

    What You’ll Do

Lead adult group classes at 6:00am, 7:15am, and 8:30am following the D1 training model (dynamic warm-up, performance prep, power/strength, core & conditioning).

Coach for all levels: give smart regressions/progressions, correct movement patterns, and keep everyone safe.

Create a positive, motivating environment that drives consistency and retention.

Build relationships: learn names, goals, and celebrate wins; provide light accountability and basic guidance on recovery/nutrition when appropriate.

Start/finish classes on time; prep the floor/equipment; maintain a clean, professional training space.

Optional growth: assist with assessments, personal training/small groups, events, and community outreach as hours expand.

    What You Bring

Morning energy and reliable early-a.m. availability (you’re the person who makes mornings fun).

Solid grasp of strength & conditioning fundamentals: hinge, squat, push, pull, carry, core; interval conditioning; safe progressions.

Clear verbal cueing, great demo skills, and an eye for form correction.

CPR/AED/First Aid (or willing to obtain quickly).

1+ year coaching in group, team, or PT settings preferred.

    Nutritionist? Big Plus.

If you’re a nutritionist (e.g., RDN, ISSN, Precision Nutrition PN1/PN2, or similar), that’s a bonus. We’d love to collaborate on client programming—think challenges, habit-coaching add-ons, seminars, and practical nutrition education for our members. Let’s talk about building this together. Note: All nutrition offerings will align to D1 guidelines and scope (non-medical; no medical nutrition therapy unless you’re licensed for it).

    Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)

CPT, CSCS or NASM preferred. ACE/ISSA/ACSM or similar also welcome. We care about competence and how you bring it every morning.

    Perks & Growth

Free membership at a state-of-the-art facility.

    Continuing education via company-sanctioned trainings.

Strong culture, supportive team, and clear pathways to more hours/roles (assessments, PT/SGT, community events, admin/ops for the right fit).
