Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans across multiple learning areas.

Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and social-emotional growth.

Observe, assess, and document student progress, providing meaningful feedback to support individual development.

Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.

Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Requirements

Previous teaching experience with young children; experience across multiple age groups preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
