About the Role:

Join the Planet Fitness team as a Morning Opener at PF Baseline Fitness in Mankato, MN! This exciting role offers you the chance to kick-start your day by helping our members achieve their fitness goals in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Open the gym each morning, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for members.

Greet members and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and facilities.

Monitor gym activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Assist members with basic inquiries and promote membership services.

Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure functionality and safety.

Support team members in daily operations and special events.

Contribute to a positive and motivating atmosphere for all gym-goers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in fitness or related field is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service or fitness industry preferred.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work early morning shifts from 4:30 AM to 12 PM.

Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and safety practices.

Team player with a passion for health and fitness.

CPR/AED certification is a plus but not required.

Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to motivate others.
