Purpose of Internship:
The Independent Healthcare Properties Internship program offers an opportunity to get hands-on experience in quantitative ways. The employer will provide a student evaluation at the end of the semester. The form is to be provided by the student for internship credit. The student will provide an evaluation of the company at the end of their internship.
Eligibility:
Must be enrolled in a regionally accredited college.
Minimum Qualifications:
Student must be motivated, organized, and possess good communication skills
Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop situations
Ability to organize data and distinguish confidential information
Demonstrated ability to work accurately and effectively with data entry and analysis
Strong use of MS Office, specifically Excel (Pivot tables, Formulas, Functions)
A high level of integrity, dependability, and confidentiality
Computer minor preferred (database management a plus)

Work Hours/length of internship:
Approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Pay: $12.00/hour
Essential Duties:
The Operations Intern will participate in sales and operations based activities to support corporate and regional teams. Additional responsibilities are as follows:
Work on operations special projects as requested
Participate in rollout of new programs such as
LifeLoop engagement platform
Satisfaction surveys
Organize new ED orientation process
Assist with meeting/conference preparation and support
Participate in new community opening process
Complete market assessments/competitive analysis
