The Come Back Shack Morning Prep Team is essential! The team gets the restaurant ready for BUSY successful days!

Prep Team Member Expectations:

Starting pay is $14.00-$15.00. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half

Team member meals when you work, valued at $200/mo, $2500/year (tax-free)

You must be available Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Shifts start at 3:30 AM and end when the work is completed (typically around 9:00 AM).

Candidates with a positive attitude tend to fit in with our team the best!

We also love high energy and good teamwork.

Some kitchen experience is helpful but not required.

Work can be physical and demanding: must be able to lift 50lb bags of potatoes and work in a 35-degree cooler for extended periods.

You should be a self-starter and a hard worker with attention to detail.

You must learn and follow basic standards of food safety and sanitation.

Tasks Include:

following simple recipes

preparing produce

making sauces

prepping food

washing dishes

putting away truck orders
