    Morning Server - Barista Location: Nashville, TN, US Are you passionate about creating a memorable dining experience for guests? Join our team at Union Teller inside the Fairlane Hotel as a Morning Server and Barista! In this role, you will prepare delicious beverages and food items while assisting guests with their needs. You’ll handle cashiering and payments, stock supplies, and maintain a clean café environment. Customer interaction is key, as you will provide excellent service and take orders. You’ll also perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment. Operating coffee makers and keeping work areas organized and welcoming are essential parts of your daily tasks. Responsibilities: • Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service. • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly. • Maintain kitchen cleanliness following health and safety protocols. • Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages. • Ensure continuous cleanliness of service and dining areas throughout the shift. • Take customer orders and provide efficient service. • Receive and organize stock supplies effectively. • Manage trash removal in dining and cashier areas. Qualifications: • Availability is required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. • Clear communication with managers, kitchen, and restaurant staff is essential. • Job involves constant standing and walking. • Ability to occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry items up to 50 lbs. • Proficiency in reaching, turning, and performing precision work around the kitchen area is needed. Compensation: $14 hourly + tip pool
