Job Description
NBC Bay Area is looking for an experienced, energetic morning show producer who understands what viewers need when they wake up and knows how to deliver it with urgency, creativity, and personality.
Morning news is about getting people ready for their day. That means delivering the latest news, breaking developments, weather and traffic, while also creating a show that feels fresh, relevant, engaging and connected to the Bay Area community.
We’re looking for someone who loves producing morning news and comes to work ready to make the show better every day. You should be an aggressive news producer who knows how to handle the show when breaking news happens, make smart editorial decisions quickly, and keep viewers informed as a story develops.
We’re looking for someone who already has a few years of daily newscast producing experience and is ready for more. Someone who wants to grow, experiment, innovate and help us make our morning newscast smarter and more useful to the Bay Area.

Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000
