    Our client is looking for an OUTSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE for their fabrication plants.

     

     

    General Purpose of this Position:

    Responsible for the generation and creation of new business opportunities, nationwide, while creating

    greater exposure for potential sales and increased revenues. Continuing to build and grow the relationships with already established clients.

    Primary Responsibilities

     

    1. Sales Lead Generation
      • Develop customer base and sales opportunities for Steel Fabrication projects

        within the capabilities of the Fort Worth, Eastern Texas, and Little Rock AR facilities.

      • Collaborate, network and sell to professionals within the architectural, engineering and construction industries.
      • Represent organization at industry functions and trade shows.
      • Maintain an awareness of profitable pricing and industry market conditions.
      • Proactively assists in the research of new opportunity leads to be considered for Go/No Go determinations.
    2. Estimating Support
      • Evaluate and analyze contract drawings and scope to ensure our commitment to estimate and produce material is compliant with customer needs and expectations.
      • Maintains estimate project list and dispositions each quote with feedback given to the estimating group.
      • Collaborate with engineers, architects, owners and contractors while being the primary customer point of contact for any structural related questions which arise during the estimating process.
      • Occasional travel to jobsites to evaluate job performance and create positive relationships with GCs, PMs etc.

         

    3. Strategic Sales Planning

      a Analyze sales statistics to formulate policies to assist in promoting products and services

      • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and recommend strategy to proactively keep our name and service menu relevant and in front of customers by social media, news blogs, etc.
      • Overall customer account management including implementation of margin analysis, competitive market information and quality improvement initiatives.
