    TYPE: Part Time to Full Time

    Marina Office Associate/ Dock attendant. Become a critical member of one of the finest waterfront hospitality operations in the world! You will greet all incoming customers to ensure a safe and enjoyable arrival to the Marina. Daily tasks include general light maintenance of the inhouse Marina docks and Dry Storage with an emphasis on cleanliness. You will also perform a variety of other services including but not limited to:

    • Strong emphasis on guest service relations: greeting customers upon arrival and departure
    • Docking assistance and line handling
    • Fueling
    • Good Telephone Handling, Data Entry and Administrative Skills needed for Reservation Processes, Lease Agreements and Billing tasks
    • Communications via VHF radio with coworkers and other vessels
    • General marina maintenance, upkeep and cleaning.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Guest relations skills
    • Has the ability to troubleshoot, think quickly on your feet and ask for assistance if necessary.
    • Works independently with limited supervision and can make educated decisions in a fast paced environment.
    • Be able to lift 25+ pounds.
    • Work effectively with all races, genders, and nationalities.
    • Able to work outside in any conditions for long periods of time.
    • Weekend work a requirement.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

    • 1-2 years’ experience in yachting, marina services or shipyard environment.
    • Restaurant/ hotel additional guest services experience a plus.
    • 1-2 years’ experience with Administrational skills
    • Competent in Computer Skills and Microsoft Office

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

    • High School diploma/ GED required.
    • Clean driving record.
    • Background Check & Drug Test required.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Able to stand for several hours at a time.
    • Walk and climb stairs, push, pull, reach, grasp, kneel and stoop.
    • Remain outside in adverse weather for long periods of time.
    • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
