Job Description

What we do is coordinate benefits for labor unions, credit unions, and associations. Working with police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers and other labor unions as well. We have set up direct relationships with over 20,000 union associations around southern California. The role of a Benefits Advisor is to simply educate these members who request information about the benefits that are available to them through their union affiliation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Provide information about the products and services

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
