Union Members Customer Service Representative FULL TIME (REMOTE WORK)
Job Description
Our company is currently expanding and looking to hire people with exceptional customer service skills.
Since COVID-19 we have changed our day to day operations and this position can now be done remotely. We have built relationships with over 5,000 unions and the role of a customer service representative would be to explain and educate the Unions Members that we work with in order for them to gain access to the benefits that they are receiving. You will need to be able to resolve all questions and concerns in a timely manner in order to provide exceptional service to our union members.
We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, proven ability to lead, customer service and people skills, a desire for professional development and the ambition to learn new skills.
REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
Must reside in California
Flexible hours
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Previous customer service experience
Salary-$45,000 - $75,000 + Benefits: Medical and Dental Insurance.
