Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Associates to join our company! The right candidate will be responsible for helping customers towards paving the way for a secured future.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS: You will be handling all customer inquiries, documenting and updating all customer records and maintain knowledge of our products and services to them.
THE QUALIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: must have previous experience in customer service, must be able to prioritize and be organized, must have excellent communication and be able to multitask.
THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED: Must be able to work flexible hours, must be fluent in English. Bilingual/Spanish is a plus
