Job Description
What we do is coordinate benefits for labor unions, credit unions, and associations. We have set up direct relationships with over 5,000 union associations around Southern California. The role of a customer service representative is to simply educate these members who request information about the benefits that are available to them through their union affiliation.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL ENTAIL:
Handling customer complaints and any inquiries
Providing information about our services and products
Troubleshooting and solving concerns and issues with products
Updating and documenting customer interactions
Developing and maintaining the knowledge of our services and products
REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
Must pass state required background check
Fluent in English - bilingual Spanish a plus
Reliable transportation
CALIFORNIA RESIDENCY IS A MUST
