What we do is coordinate benefits for labor unions, credit unions, and associations. We have set up direct relationships with over 5,000 union associations around Southern California. The role of a customer service representative is to simply educate these members who request information about the benefits that are available to them through their union affiliation.

What is desired in a candidate: to be self-motivated, proven ability to lead, customer service and people skills, principles, a desire for professional development and the ambition to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL ENTAIL:

• Handling customer complaints and any inquiries

• Providing information about our services and products

• Troubleshooting and solving concerns and issues with products

• Updating and documenting customer interactions

• Developing and maintaining the knowledge of our services and products

REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

• Must pass state required background check

• Fluent in English - bilingual Spanish a plus

• Reliable transportation
